lol, I almost wish that it was just me nursing my wounds, but even that "luxury" has evaporated over the last few days. I'm doing better, it's everyone else I'm concerned about.

amen brother...

and sister Larissa! ;-)

Health is a base from which everything else is propelled from. Sorta important, like food and oxygen and peeing regularly...

Keep focusing on the important stuff in your life, and slowly things will fall back into place.... or you will die and then who cares anyway right?

*scowl*

You know what I mean. You got friends adn family and folks who love and care for you....things will get better...

"He who has health, has hope. And he who has hope, has everything." (Proverb) After spending many hours in the hospital over the last few days, I feel I can safely say that hope is one of the most important things for everyone to have in a serious situation - the person who is sick or injured, as well as those who love and care about them - but is unfortunately in somewhat short supply. We all tend to jump to conclusions, assume the worst, and stress out endlessly about the "what ifs". It's not selfish at all to wish for good health, and there's no reason to feel guilty about looking for a diversion from serious situations. Worrying helps no one; far better to conserve one's strength to help out when needed.
