Chansons Françaises

The Chansons Françaises official videos tend to be very creative in comparison to any other language I’ve seen. Here is another quick sample of what I’ve found thus far.

Respire
(Breathe)
by Mickey 3D

Au Port
(To the Harbour)
by Camille

Le Fabuleux Destin d’Amélie Poulain – Finir (Orchestre)
(Ámelie Ending – Instrumental)
by Yann Tiersen

You know, I had never seen the vid for Au Port. I’ve always liked the video for Respire, though; it illustrates the lyrics quite perfectly, in such a way that anyone could figure out what the song’s about, even if the French language isn’t one of his or her strong points.

I like the simplicity of Au Port – it really brings out the creativity in it. Anyway, glad to have finally introduced something of the French universe back to you. :P
