But maybe I just didn't want to believe that the very person in charge of this sort of issue is so misinformed. (See how I did that there? I managed to be both cynical and idealistic at the same time!) But no, it appears that many Americans still think that their 2001 tragedy started in Canada - including John McCain, who recently told Fox News (fair and balanced!) that Ms. Napolitano was "right" all along. Sigh.
